DROR BENSHETRIT
Dror Benshetrit is an Israeli artist, designer and inventor, graduated at the Design Academy in Eindhoven, who at the age of 25 moved to New York and opened his studio in New York, called Dror. During his academic career, he is interested in and inspired by the works of Isamo Noguchi, Achille Castiglioni and Buckminster Fuller, then he specializes in product design, architecture and art direction and collaborates over the years with well-known companies such as Bentley, Tumi, Puma, Rosenthal, Boffi, Levi’s, Alessi, Bombay Sapphire, Surface Magazine, Kiehl, Louis Vuitton and Target. He designed and produced for Rosenthal, The Vase of Phases, a vase apparently shattered and then put back together, which gained him the IF Product design award in 2006.
