Usually shipments take place within 24/48 hours (working) from receipt of the order for products already available in Shopdecor warehouses. For any return request relating to an order delivered, and never used, contact us

We remind you that you have 14 working days to return your item in its original packaging. You can decide whether to request a refund or if you want an exchange or a replacement. You will receive by email the prepaid label that you will have to print and you will have to apply on the outside of the package. Then, on the carrier's website you can independently program the date and time of pickup at your address.

In the event of a return, only the amount corresponding to the total amount of products purchased will be refunded. The shipping costs, both outward and return, will remain at your charge. Return shipping costs will be the same amount of the shipping costs paid initially for the order. The refund will be made on the same payment method used for the purchase.
